Refund policy

Due to the custom nature of our products we do not accept returns.  If an item comes to you damaged please take a picture of the packaging and item and e-mail us at CanebrakeThreads@gmail.com.  If an item is not customized, please return within 10 days unused and once received in perfect condition, you will be refunded minus a 10% restocking fee.
